Originating from a 70-day poster project where I reflected on my emotions, the self-care brand Eunoia was formed. These posters, with black backgrounds delving into negativity and white backgrounds offering self-advice, guided towards the term “eunoia,” signifying a balanced mind filled with goodwill.
As society is fixated on positive mindsets and feelings, Eunoia stands out as a self-care brand embracing authenticity. Contrary to common statements such as "good vibes only" or “romanticize your life,” Eunoia recognizes the inevitability of negative emotions.
The brand aims to cultivate a sincere identity through the use of calming, neutral colors and expressive illustrations from the 70-day posters. Through this, Eunoia encourages individuals to prioritize self-care from within, and take care of themselves regardless of how they feel.
